Documentation: Polyarchy
Polyarchy is a term coined by the political scientist
Robert Dahl in 1956.
However it is here used in a different way, advocating
the overcoming of monopolism (e.g. territorial
monopolism, legal monopolism, monetary monopolism, etc.) linked to the existence
of the state.
Polyarchy is then seen as the empowerment of individuals and communities and the end of statism.
